After years spent honing my craft in professional kitchens, I decided it was time to bring tha experience back to the place where it all began. This shop is a tribute to the community where I grew up, fueled by the flavors of my chilood and refined by a career in the culinary arts, tucked away in a cozy corner of the historic Greenville Inn, the “dive bar that rocks”.
